WEGOS TeamViewer (remote maintenance)

We use the comfortable and secure module Quick-Support from TeamViewer = WEGOS-Teamviewer. You can then follow our access live and in this way deepen your own knowledge. Together we can look for a solution to your problem with you on the phone.

 

* By requesting and accepting a WEGOS support session via TeamViewer, the customer assumes responsibility for any changes to their existing software and system environment. If the customer/user is not the owner of the affected computer, the customer/user is recommended to obtain the necessary permission from the responsible IT administrator.
